Let yourself be carried away by the history of Chatelan's heritage, to the rhythm of the Dranse river, during "A village along the river", an interactive and convivial visit!

Description

Discover the hamlet of Essert through the history of the Villapeyron sawmill and its crafts, the Très-les-Pierres chapel nestled at the foot of the slate quarries, and many anecdotes about the resort and its development.

A walk from the Villapeyron sawmill to the Très-les-Pierres chapel (a snack will be served at the chapel). A free shuttle bus will take you back to the sawmill.
Please bring suitable clothing for the walk (walking sneakers, cap, water, sun cream, etc.).
Accessible to all, but not recommended for baby carriages.
