This summer, join us on Thursday evenings to enjoy the ‘Rondes de nuit’ at the Abbey! Leave your daily routine behind and come and enjoy the atmosphere of guided tours, concerts and shows. A rich and unique programme offering a different way to experience our heritage.

Abondance Abbey as you’ve never seen it before!
Just as the last visitors have left and silence should be settling in, Abondance Abbey chooses to defy the night.

Once again this summer, every Thursday, the Rondes de Nuit transform the monument into a cultural and sensory playground. In an electric yet intimate atmosphere, you are invited to enjoy a timeless experience where music, live performance and unusual tours come together. An enchanting interlude during which the Abbey opens its doors to you for magical and festive evenings.

Location

From the shores of Lake Geneva, access via the Gavot plateau, heading towards the Abondance valley (approx. 40 mins).

The entrance to the site is located at Place de l’Abbatiale, accessible from the village centre via the Passage des Chanoines.

Separate access to the church (no visits during services).
