Description

Like a sorcerer, a bewitching scientist, Thierry Collet transforms the stage into a laboratory for prodigious experiments. On his table, a few props - a deck of cards, bottles, glasses, screens, cell phones... From these innocuous objects, he uses connected sensors and digital applications to invent new technologies before our very eyes, creating digital doubles of objects or individuals. Impossible to distinguish the real from the fake. In this new hallucinatory creation, the researcher becomes a hybrid, juggling science and belief, divinatory art and luminous voodoo. As a mentalist, he manipulates reality as well as thought, hacking into the imaginations of audiences fascinated by his more-than-contemporary magic acts. Anticipatory? What if machines were better than humans?
