chanterelle mushrooms<br \/>\n\u2022 280 g oyster mushrooms<br \/>\n\u2022 280 g boletus mushrooms<br \/>\n\u2022 280 g horn of plenty mushrooms<br \/>\n\u2022 5 tablespoons of melted butter, cooled<br \/>\n\u2022 3 shallots<br \/>\n\u2022 1 bouquet of parsley and chives<br \/>\n\u2022 6 tablespoons of cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n\u2022 salt and pepper<\/p>\n\n                                       <p>\u2666 Cut off the stems and wash the mushrooms carefully with vinegar, then pat them dry in kitchen roll.<br \/>\n\u2666 Cut the biggest ones into two or four.<br \/>\n\u2666 Peel and thinly slice the shallots and chop the herbs finely.<br \/>\n\u2666 Put the mushrooms in a large saucepan and sweat them without adding fat until all the water has come out.<br \/>\n\u2666 Then put them in a brass cooking pot, add the melted butter and shallots, season and simmer for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n\u2666 Add the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche and simmer for another 5
