Description

Located just 3 km from the ski slopes and ski school, and only 100 m from the shuttle bus stop to the ski lifts, it promises an exciting ski vacation.
The rest of the year, discover mountain biking and hiking trails all around the chalet, as well as paragliding flights from the surrounding mountains.
In Châtel, you'll find numerous stores, bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket less than a kilometer from Chalet Rochamour.

THE PROPERTY...

Chalet Rochamour is a charming chalet with a rustic atmosphere that can accommodate up to 14 holidaymakers (12 adults), thanks to seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The entrance hall leads directly into an open-plan living room with a sumptuous fireplace. Here you'll also find a large-screen TV, two leather sofas, and a dining table large enough to seat 12. Three French windows open onto a spacious terrace featuring an outdoor dining table.
A second entrance leads to the kitchen, featuring a double oven and induction hob, via a ski room with heated boot dryer.
Also on this floor is the first bedroom: a dormitory with bunk beds for two children or one adult, complete with shower room.
On the garden level, you'll find a games room equipped with a TV and PlayStation console, table soccer and board games, as well as a recently built sauna. This room leads to a wooden terrace where you'll find the jacuzzi.
A bathroom and three bedrooms are located on this floor. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a dormitory for two children or one adult.
On the upper floor are three double bedrooms, two of which have access to a private balcony. One has an en-suite shower room, while the others share two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Each bathroom includes a toilet.
Four vehicles can be parked outside Chalet Rochamour.
