At the end of the day, especially during holiday periods, traffic can become heavy in the resort. To avoid traffic jams and prolong the enjoyment of your day, opt to ski back.
The Portes du Soleil and Gabelou connecting chairlifts offer smooth traffic flow throughout the resort.
⚠️ Plan your return journey in advance, as these chairlifts close at 4.45 p.m. Depending on your location in the ski area, allow enough time to reach your sector.

Collect your ski pass
To collect your ski passes purchased online, simply go to an automatic ticket machine in the resort.
Whether it’s the ticket machine closest to your accommodation or the one on your way when you arrive, all you have to do is scan the QR code you received by email.
Book your table
In Châtel, you will find many restaurants that will be delighted to welcome you.
However, it is strongly recommended that you book your table in advance to ensure you get a seat, especially on Friday evenings when restaurants are often fully booked.
