From the beginning of the 20th century, the resorts of the Alps spread their image thanks to posters that are now popular with collectors. However, in Châtel the first one only dates back to 1947 when the Vonnes ski lift was put into service. However, Châtel did not lack any assets in 1900: from the “Hôtel des Bains” to the grape cures, tourists on holiday already appreciated the charms of the village…
